Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes. We don’t meter transfer. Fair use applies against abuse (e.g., CDN proxies/torrents).
Where are servers located?
Currently, we only offer one location for our servers which is in United Kingdom, Coventry. There are however plans to offer more European locations and US locations in the near future.
Do you include backups?
Whilst we do take regular backups of our servers, we cannot guarantee the security of your data, you should always make your own backups to another location. We cannot restore snapshots of your individual account.
Where do I manage my account?
Use the Client Portal for billing, support, and service management.
